Oreo Cheese Tarts

ASSALAMMUALAIKUM,

Tart ni buat ari ahad aritu,resepi yang dah lama simpan tapi tak penah-penah ada keinginan nak membuat....entah macamana boleh ja laju keluarkan acuan tart yang dah berkurun simpan dalam box.(saja ja nak habaq lama tak buat tart ni).Acuan tu kalau boleh menjerit mesti dia jerit punya....mmmm tak pun dia syok kot tak yah masuk dalam oven.Bagi leia tart ni biasa-biasa ja,cuma pastri dia yang rasa sedap walaupun mentah,mungkin sebab ada lime kot.Tapi cuma nak habaq la skit abaikan rupa dia yang tak berapa nak mengagumkan sebab mungkin lama tak tekan tart ni(alasan)p pastu plak tak berapa reti lagi nak kontrol suhu oven (saja ja nak habaq guna oben baru,yang tak berapa nak mesra lagi,mmm...alasan lagi....hehehe ). tak pa la len kali mungkin bleh dibaik pulih tart ni.Kalau ada yang nak mencuba bleh tengok resepi ya.



Resepi:Amy Beh(Cook's Nook The Star)

Filling:
170g Cream Cheese
35g Castor Sugar
20g Butter
1 Egg
1 Tbsp rum(optional)-mmg x letak pun
20g Whipping cream
15g Plain Flour
35g Oreo Cookies, crushed

Shortcrust pastry:
200g Low-protein flour
Pinch of salt
50g Castor sugar
110g Unsalted Butter
1 small Egg
1-2 tsp Lime Juice

To prepare the pastry
Sift flour into a bowl and add salt and sugar.Cut butter into flour with a pastry cutter until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.Make a small well in the centre and add egg and lime juice.Mix into a firm dough.Wrap the pastry in a plastic bag,then chill for 25-30 minutes.
Roll out pastry between two sheets of plastic wrap.Cut small rounds and fit into lightly-greased tart moulds.Trim and neaten the edges.
Prick the base with a fork and chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 10 -12 minutes.Remove and set aside.

To prepare the filling
Beat cream cheese, sugar and butter until light and creamy. Add in egg and continue to beat until well blended. Mix in whipping cream and rum(optional). Sift in flour and stir in half portion of crushed Oreo cookies to mix.
Spoon a heaped tablespoon of filling into the prepared pastry cases.Sprinkle with remaining crushed Oreo cookies.Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes or until cooked through.Serve immediately.
